...Sound like a good excuse? Good, I wasn't really buying it myself.

Okay, that's not completely false. Discord's Reign and, by extension, Forest of Knowledge(they aren't really connected, but beat with me) were waiting on this new episode before I got my hands down and dirty, and I've been sitting on this lofty rewrite/outline for both fics before I run into the endgame on both of them(although Forest hasn't really started yet. I blame lazines-I MEAN DISCORD).

Still, I have to go over a couple of my fics, especially Rumble, as now I have to craft my stories around the knowledge that, while Discord is a force of nature, he isn't one that is necessarily evil. Still, Discord's Reign will proceed as planned. Rumble will proceed mostly as planned. Forest needs a late game rewrite to its outline. And the Stars in the Scroll requires a full rewrite(although to be honest this actually works for it's favor. God if I don't outright cancel this fic, it's gonna be a fun ride).

Literacy, Ho!

They're already done, too. Chapters finished and everything. Hell, even Chapter 3 of Forest is done, so that makes four fics. But guys, let me tell you. Formatting for deviantArt is a hard and arduous process, so it always comes about last. However, I have a tendency to update my FiMFic page first (www.fimfiction.net/user/Hidden…), whereas I then edit the chapters slowly over the course of the next couple days. So by the time I get them here, they're pretty much in their most pristine forms.

So anyway.

I do things. Also I have Halo 4 now so I might be giggling maniacally for a touch over the next few weeks as I am already deeply in love with it.

Life still took a massive dump on me, but I've finally settled in to the new house, somewhat. I've mostly caught up on my studies, and work is starting to finally relax.

Now if I could do something about a certain emotional situation that has cropped up with one of my friends, life would be just about back to normal.

But I've pumped out two fics recently to knock off the rust. I'll finish one more before I start updating deviantArt over here. Just a little more time people. I'll be back.

Hey, I'm not dead. That's good enough, really.

It's on FimFiction, mildly unedited. I recommend reading the story from start to now in order to get yourselves reacquainted with the story. The reason it's not here is pretty simple - I'm waiting to get the fully edited version up here.

That doesn't mean story edits, actually, but just some basic word choice and the like.

I'm sitting down to finish my chapters now, as things are finally winding down around here. But right now, I gotta finish a project... I've got about 17 minutes to do it in. Should be fun.

So.

I'm catching up on school because I joined up 4 weeks late. This includes attending classes and listening to ~7 90-minute lectures in what little time I have(usually commuting to work). I have yet to finish much of those.

I've been working increased hours because one of my coworker's license expired and he's been unable to work for 2 weeks. I work less than minimum wage and my tips are... not great.

I'm finishing up a very demanding move schedule that has been eating up all my free time. Like, all of it. We had to be completely out yesterday and I don't know if we accomplished that. Because I was at work.

There has not been time for writing. What time I haven't been working, I've been going to school. When I haven't been at school, I have been moving. When I haven't been doing any of those... I catch what sleep I can.
